Introduction
Dalman Thokar, often referred to as D.M., was born on February 17, 1983 , in Mechhe 09 Temal, Kavre, Nepal. He is the son of Maila Tamang and Dhan Kumari Tamang (Saili).

Educational Qualifications
Dalman holds a Master’s degree in Political Science and a Bachelor of Laws (L.L.B).

Political Background
Dalman began his political career affiliated with the Akhil (Revolutionary) movement. He currently serves as a member of the Bagmati Province Secretariat and is also the Vice President of Temal Rural Municipality, where he plays a crucial role in local governance and community development.

Consistency in the Social Sphere
From an early age, Dalman has shown a strong commitment to social contributions. He worked on the management committee of the Himshikhar Youth Club, which was established through the activism of young peers in his community.

Entry into Politics
Dalman entered politics with the goal of ending the monarchy based on lineage in Nepal and establishing a republic founded on social justice. He believed that the Maoist party would be instrumental in leading this transformation.
