We are reaching out to share the story of a remarkable artist who has made an invaluable contribution to the music sector of Nepal. We kindly request your support during this difficult time. Indira Gole Gurung, a senior and beloved singer of Nepali folk songs and Tamang cello songs, is the founding vice president and former president of the Nepal Tamang Artist Association, as well as a current advisor and working committee member of the Mhendolaphole Foundation. For the past two years, she has been courageously battling a serious illness like cancer and is currently receiving treatment at the Nepal Cancer Center in Harisiddhi, Lalitpur.
To support her, the Nepal Tamang Artist Association, Mhendolaphole Foundation, and Tamang Dajang have jointly launched the ‘Gayika Indira Gole Bachau Abhiyan’. Through this initiative, we aim to raise funds for her treatment. We hope that your contribution to this campaign will bring a significant impact in her fight against this illness.
